We are often asked if ALUMINUM can be electrostatically painted. Of course the answer is YES. Aluminum is an excellent conductor. Besides, even plastic and wood can be painted electrostatically with proper pretreatment. See the "More Items" link for an example.
For exterior applications we prime the surface with electrostatic epoxy primer, than top coat with electrostatic epoxy urethane.
